I recently read that under eye cream is important for the 20′s. Is this true? What is the right age to start applying anti-aging creams? What are some good eye/face creams for 20 year olds?
Oh and I think I have fine lines under my eyes–not sure if it’s a major issue or just looking to closely in the mirror.
