Around the age of 30, experts recommend the daily use of anti-aging
face creams. Thirty is the approximate age that the body’s production
of important age-fighting proteins such as elastin and collagen begin
to decline, making skin appear more loose and wrinkled. Products on
the market today contain a range of ingredients that are each designed
to assist and aid the appearance and look of aging skin.

A number of proteins, vitamins, agents, acids and other ingredients
can be applied topically in an anti-aging face cream to help slow the
aging process. One such protein is collagen. Collagen cannot be
absorbed when applied to the skin’s surface, so beware of products
that contain collagen as these are a waste of money. Instead, select a
collagen stimulator which contains substances that stimulate the
body’s own production of collagen such as Cinergy TK. Plenty of
anti-aging products contain antioxidants, which can help the body
repair itself when applied to skin. For example, vitamin C could be
antioxidant that helps make skin appear lighter. Another popular
ingredient in effective anti-aging face creams in Phytessence Wakame,
a Japanese kelp that blocks the production of hyaluronidase.
Hyaluronidase is a harmful substance produced in the body that breaks
down hyalauronic acid in your skin and also destroys elastin.

In a media-driven consumer society that focuses on beauty and youth,
cosmetics are a big business and a plethora of products are available
to consumers. Which one should a consumer choose? When selecting a
decision on what product to purchase, it is first important to
understand skin types. As a consumer, knowing your skin type will help
narrows down the variety of choices when choosing a product that's appropriate.
Secondly, a consumer must be able to define their individual issues.
For example, some creams target eliminating fine lines around the eyes
and mouth, while others aim to smooth sagging skin around the chin and
jaw line. Consumers should read labels carefully to select an
anti-aging face cream that is designed for their skin type and
addresses problem areas.

Basic preparation: 1/4 tsp. salicylic acid (ask for it at pharmacy, if you cannot realize it, then crush 3-5 tablets of plain aspirin instead), distilled water. Combine the powder with the water till it becomes of a creamy consistence, apply on clean dry skin (concentrate on T-zone and sides of the nose). Keep it on till completely dry. Take a tiny cotton pad, wet it gently and start scrubbing the areas coated with the mask, making little circles. Finally, rinse with plenty of water. It would be excellent to use a relaxing mask or a hydrating mask initial, followed by your regular moisturizer. Skin will be left completely smooth and even.

There are practically unlimited versions of this mask. You’ll add yoghurt for an astringent result, aloe vera, honey. You’ll be able to also build the mask employing a basic moisturizer mixed with salicylic acid instead of water, because it can be less harsh on the skin and will be a lot of simple to use. Another option is to combine salicylic acid / crushed aspirin into a mask: into a clay mask, a hydrating mask or a soothing mask. My personal favorite is aloe vera mask with a hint of salicylic acid – application is abundant better, skin is less irritated and dried compared to aspirin with water, the feeling left after this mask is completely distinctive so sleek and clean!

If you use powdered salicylic acid, it’s advisable to limit the quantity to 1/4 tsp. for the whole face, too much can burn the skin. If using aspirin tablets, you will in all probability need somewhere between 3 and 10 tablets depending on the realm where you apply it.

Do not apply it close to to eye zone, as it would be extremely drying and aggravating for the sensitive skin there.

Refrain yourself from over-using it. For terribly oily skin and for severe blemishes, every three days would be more than enough in order not to fret the skin and obtain maximum efficiency. Alternative skin varieties should use it once a week or twice a month (dry to very dry, sensitive skin).

No related posts.
